Cape San Blas is bordered on one side by St. Joseph Bay and on the other by the Gulf of Mexico, providing ample opportunities for both inshore shallow water fishing adventures and offshore bottom fishing charter boat excursions.

For a fishing trip in St. Joe Bay or Indian Pass, consider hiring a local fishing guide. These guides provide everything you need, and can put you on the right fishing spot for each season of the year. These boats can typically handle from two to four guests.

For a deep sea fishing experience, contact one of the local charter boat captains. These larger boats can handle several guests, and travel offshore to fish in the deep waters of the Gulf, using heavier tackle to grab the "big ones". Port St. Joe Marina is also host to a much larger "party boat" known as the Fishin' Xpress that can handle a large number of guests.

Snorkeling Trips
Seahorse Water Safaris
Cruise the flats of St. Joseph's Bay aboard the "Island Queen" cruise boat to one of St. Joe Bay's favorite snorkel spots. Great fun for all ages. Visitors have seen varieties of fish, horseshoe crabs, rays, seahorses, turtles, dolphin, conch, octopus, starfish and more.

Learn about the marine life as the crew captures the creatures and places them in viewing buckets for everyone to see before release them back to St. Joseph Bay. This is a great trip for all ages...2 year olds to grandparents enjoy this shallow water snorkeling.

Most trips are close to isolated beach areas that are good for shelling.
